7. Beverly was incorporated as a stand alone town C (100) years ago this year, it was a gateway to Alberta's northeast & Canada, so its one of Edmonton's oldest neighbourhoods.
8. Beverly Meats has an excellent selection of deli quality meats.
9. The Beverly Historical Society is hosting many events this upcoming year II celebrate the anniversary.
