Dear Dave:
Senator David Vitter of The Bayou State of Louisiana wants us to listen as he remarks on getting Preschool grants to less fortunate kids so they can start from Day 1 with proper cognitive stimuli in the classroom.
"Preschool Development Grants give Louisiana's most vulnerable school children the opportunity to start their education on a strong, solid foundation."

Louisiana kids would be better off with a securely funded public school system.
i agree but up here we need to cannibalize the catholic system into the public one in yeg & yyc & eliminate duplication costs to ensure a secure system
