Dear Dave:
Like his great father Mario before him, Governor Andrew Cuomo of the State of New York has risen to the rank of Chief Executive of his state. Truly an amazing accomplishment by both men. Gov. Cuomo Senior died this past New Years Day, on the very day his son was sworn in for a IInd straight term of office & Andy shows remarkable poise & respect, a true family connection in paying tribute to his dad.
"He is in the heart & mind of every person that is here. He is here & he is here, & his inspiration & his legacy & his experience is what brought this state to this point. So let's give him a round of applause."
