"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Mr. Cramer

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October IXth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

I get the sense that the lone Congressman Kevin Cramer of North Dakota might have an interest in speaking about moving legislation on education forward from the U.S. Senate to the U.S. House with agreed upon adjustments & then over to President Barack Obama, Democratic-Hawaii (Kenya) for his signature to make it law. Its great Kevin is providing a lesson in the legislative process to the students of his state & around the world.

"After the Senate acted last week, today we moved quickly in the House to agree to their changes & move the bill forward to the President's desk. This final version gives certainty to parents & students who have been waiting on Washington to plan their education & household budgets, & will undo the rate increase that took place on July Ist (1st.) I expect the President will sign this quickly so we can tackle larger problems like the rising cost of tuition & student debt."

Rolla,

Rory
