Dear Dave:
Missouri Congressman Emanuel Cleaver has a strong focus on what he wants done in the area of civility, something that has lacked sorely in Congress for a long time. Emanuel wants both sides of the aisle to teach students (who will be the politicians of the future) to be civilized to one another. Something sorely lacking in the Alberta Legislature & many other parliamentary bodies at times as well.
"It is no secret that Congress faces a political climate full of frustration & hostility. Our failure to come together to solve our nation's problems continues to put our shared future in jeopardy."
