Dear Dave:
In the interests of exactly = time for all sides, we return once again to Committee. Yesterday, we had a speaker run from the right, now we get a speaker from the left in Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty of Connecticut. Liz points out a factoid on being supportive so that kids grow up in a nurturing educational environment.
