Dear Dave:
"Fostering" up solutions on education today is Illinois Congressman Bill Foster. In specifics, Billy looks at restoring funding for technical supports to make sure Congress has all the right technical information at hand. As a physicist by trade, its excellent that the Doc is taking this scientific perspective up.
"So much of what we consider before Congress today has complex, technical components that deserve complex, technical analyses."
