Dear Dave:
Bringing out my "A-Game" today, I say that it would be great if students just going back to school this week could occasionally student plan & teach a course for 1 or 2 classes. Not outright alone but with a teacher to guide them, sort of a team teaching effort, thus giving them extra confidence!
