Dear Dave:

I understand your caucus colleague the Hon. Sarah Hoffman, B. A., B. Ed., M. A., M. Ed., MLA, Deputy Premier & Minister of Health, New Democratic, Edmonton-Glenora is into cost savings on food budgets for hospitals & the like. From what I can understand from Sarah, sewer rat meat is quite nutritious & high in protein. Health students will be pleased to know that it apparently tastes like chicken so people can adapt easily when trying it for the first time!
