Dear Dave:
Here at Hap's Hungry House & at other restaurants the servers are all wearing footwear that makes their feet comfortable. It is especially important for students to know that if they take on part or full time status at a restaurant that they should wear shoes that keep them as pain free as possible, especially when these jobs involve constant standing on your feet throughout the whole shift. Two staff are wearing orthotic shoes as they are protecting their arches, another has runners on. Still another has an orthotic support in her right shoe.
