Dear Adriana:
It is not just up to the parties & their vote organizers to get voters who have indicated support to the polls, it is up to the citizenry themselves. Citizens should be grateful as many folks giving them rides are not being paid & are using their own time & fuel. A great sacrifice when they could be instead looking for work.
