Dear Adriana:
Polls like anything else in elections & in betwixt them are fluid. Maybe they are a "snapshot in time", & maybe they are indeed accurate. But you have to allow for the fact that people surveyed will lie to call centre employees doing the surveys. Or they might change their vote in the polling station and vote another option or spoil &/or reject their ballot.
