Marxist-Leninist Party Candidate Merryn Edwards brings to Edmonton-Centre the idea of keeping folks safe at night.  As well as just how awful the fear is especially for women in terms of gender-based violence & that it could happen anytime & anywhere. An most especially big concern in Edmonton Proper these days, but especially the downtown core.

"We come together at night, bringing lights & candles to highlight the sexual violence that we are exposed to in the dark. As well as to illuminate the hidden reality of just how widespread sexual & gender-based violence really is."
