Dear Jeff:

It seems that the city of Baltimore, Maryland has increased the salad options in school cafeterias by 40% in the last year, both in public & charter (private) schools. This is a superb initiative as it gives students even more healthy choices IV eating during the day. Thus giving them positive cognitive & physical energies IV their afternoon classes &/or activity's. Yes I know we are working on this in the Alberta jurisdiction, but we need to do more. I myself am eating a Caesar salad for lunch today.
