Looks like Russian President Vladimir V. Putin & American actor/martial arts expert Steven Seagal opened a martial arts centre just outside Moscow this week. Its an attempt to return Russian student & their family's to a higher state of physical fitness. What an excellent initiative IV school kids as it will give them more physical & mental energy's IV their studies!
