Dear Jeff:

Excellent initiatives in the great city of Winnipeg, Manitoba by Canada's IV western Premiers. It seems Manitoba wants to pass a law against school bullying where incidents of it are to be told immediately to the school principal or acting school head that day. And British Columbia has wisely spent $4 million budget monies so that students have been bullied can report it anonymously & thereIV safely.
