Dear Jeff:
As students & their family's plan what they are going II be doing IV summer, & as our family plans IV our holiday long weekend, lets ask the planner from upstairs IV her plan. After all, we must celebrate my mom, Mrs. June C. Koopmans, B. Ed. this weekend, she'd want us to have a great plan IV what would have been her LXXth (70th) birthday soiree this Sunday, June XXXth. Maybe a tea party in her memory, I wonder?!
PLANS
Monday, June 28th, 1971:
Writing: "will", "x-ray", "yell", "zoo", & "x" based words.
Reading: Silent Reading, more from "Ranches and Rainbows."
_- worksheet.; quiz.
Arithmetic: tab P. 175, 176.
Spelling: begin notes to Mrs. Hughes.
Story: go outside to practice acting parts of story to gain vocal skills in time with physical movements.
*Gym: practice for track meet.
Music: begin "Rocket in my Pocket."
Language: finish arithmetic and notes.
Phonics: double check vocalizations; Oral Reading: "The Sneetches."

Entertainment: - Bingo for Trinity United Church cancer charity!
- clean up
art area.
- plasticine.
- Have students Griffin & Tracy read stories to Grade IV students to give them confidence about speaking in front of older people, they are having severe troubles & need guidances & assurances.
