Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

December XXth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

In a IInd brutal faceoff against Pres. Benjamin Harrison, Republican-Indiana (a man he beat in the popular vote but lost II in the electoral college vote IV years earlier), President Grover Cleveland prevailed & got his revenge. So an election where II Presidents that have actually served in the office running against eachother & Cleveland winning (talk about a unique piece of United States history.) In wanting to get back to work as soon as possible with his IInd term, the President wanted to give guidance to students entering student placements in the diplomatic core of the American Republic & Americans overall in general on how to deal with struggles.

"A course worth fighting for is worth fighting for to the end."

Rory
