Dear Gordon:

     I am glad to see the Hon. Robin Campbell, MLA, Minister of Finance & President of the Treasury Board, Progressive Conservative, West Yellowhead economizing & getting quality custom made moccasins at a a reasonable price for the budget speech today. Being in political office can be a strain on our elected officials & their staffs. If staffs & MLAs were allowed to wear runners & other such soft shoes such as loafers it would save the Provincial Treasury & Health Ministry a bundle of cash on podiatry expenses as civil servants wouldn't have as many pains from tight dress shoes, flats, & high heels.
