March XXIXth, MMXV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

As only the IVth person of black or African-American heritage to ever serve in the United States Senate, The Swamp State of South Carolina has good reason to hear about equality & fairness for students & people in general from Senator Tim Scott. Tim wants to promote fair & equal choice for students & family's in choosing what schools & school paths they want to choose, so an equal opportunity to succeed for all.

"Compared to last years conversation on choice, this is a far better year. I think we're in a far better position to see flexibility happen."

Keystone Of The South Atlantic Seaboard,

Rory
