Dear Gordon:

It isn't rocket science as to why the Hon. Jim Prentice, BA, LLB, QC, PC, Premier, Progressive Conservative Candidate, Calgary-Foothills is getting so much negative press as your leader. Besides the fact that he is doing a shitty job running the campaign, he is being shown to be even more frenetic in his decisions than he was as a federal cabinet minister. I mean four cabinet portfolios in 6.5 years, that should have been a warning sign that he would wind up being a boob & the quick changeovers in portfolios don't exactly inspire any confidence in people that he accomplished anything in them. Gawd I miss Alison Redford so badly now!

I. Jamie Lall, Independent, Chestermere-Rockyview arguably would have been a stronger candidate than Bruce McAllister, Progressive Conservative Candidate, Chestermere-Rockyview. Granted the past restraining order is rather sickening, but, if the Tories didn't think Candidate Lall was a good fit for them, why did they let him run in MMXII?

II. You saying that you invented the GSAs & got them passed in your literature. Yeah thats rich, I don't think so so Gordo! My most honourable opponent Laurie Blakeman, Alberta Liberal & Alberta Green & Alberta Party, Edmonton-Centre deserves credit for the genesis of the idea & pushing it through. You & your government deserve jack shit! Thats like saying you got the citizens of Calgary a deal on the lease for the building for the Calgary Public School Board when you were its Chairman. What you got is the lease fee collectors putting their hands up the derrieres of the trustees for their cash for at least double or more what they should be paying.

III. While Rachel Notley-Arab, New Democratic Candidate, Edmonton-Strathcona & NDP leader & Brian Jean, Wildrose Candidate, Fort McMurray-Conklin & Wildrose Leader have run brilliant & inclusive campaigns, Leader Prentice & his staff are running dull as hell campaign. While Rachel & Brian have more candidate info on their websites such as campaign addresses, "Leader Jim" has a 1-888 number directed to central office phone banks in Calgary & led by people who don't answer their phones or make calls back to help potential PC voters.

     - An example of this is my wonderful opponent in Edmonton-Centre, Catherine Keill, Progressive Conservative & many other Tory offices don't even have their campaign mailing addresses on their websites. Then they are surprised that they are short on volunteers & that they are short on monies coming in. Many people like to mail in paper cheques to campaigns, especially if they are nervous about using Paypal. Thus PC campaigns are losing thousands of dollars in cheque donations. I mean why the secrecy?

IV. Then to top things off The Edmonton Journal endorses the Jim Prentice Team for another term in office, as does The Edmonton Sun (owned by The Journal, can you say unethical.) Now these editorial boards can endorse who they want. But by wanting the PC government to survive in power, it shows these papers are part of the Illuminati, the Proletariat, & the New World Order!
