Dear Dave:
The comments of Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) Mister Associate Justice Samuel Alito, Jr. relate to on being able to think & reason. He feels that when presented with matters, then the Congress should be able to reason it out equally to that of SCOTUS. Therefore, Sammy is saying legislative branch reasoning is equal to that or equivalent of judiciary branch reasoning. I cannot presume that he means the executive branch reasoning of government (meaning the President & the Cabinet) because it is not contained in the quote.
"I think that Congress' ability to reason is fully equal to that of the judiciary."
Roman Catholicism,
Rory
