Dear Jeff:

I cannot believe I am writing again of the death of yet another innocent child on the Samson Cree First Nation Reserve at Hobbema. XV (15) Teagan Johnson (a hockey loving teenage boy) gets shot to death, his only crime, he was a normal high school kid, wanting II learn & was just shot dead IV it b/c he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

To Say I Am Beyond Angry Is An Understatement,
