Dear Jeff:

Schools in Lloydminster (both on the Alberta & Saskatchewan sides of the joint city state's borders) should be commended IV putting their schools in lockdown II keep students safe. This was the right plan to be sure as a convicted sex offender ripped off his electronic ankle bracelet. Lets hope this degenerate is caught soon & placed behind bars so he cannot offend again.
