Dear Dave:

Congresswoman Joyce Beatty of Ohio presents the counter argument on the refugee crisis. I again have no opinion either way. I just point out to Alberta students that there are Democrats & Republicans for & against bringing in the refugees. Its all strictly of a policy debate & discussion. All I am trying to do is once again present equal time to both sides of the argument on the issue.

"For decades, America has welcomed refugees escaping repression, terrorism, & genocide. We must remain true to our American values-while embracing the most vulnerable - children, women, & the elderly - who faced brutality, violence & death at the hands of ISIL & fled their homes for a safe place."

Dayton,

Rory
