EPL Is In The Business Of Saving People Money

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., Woodcroft (Westmount) Public Library Terminal #XI, Edmonton, Alberta

Hon. Thomas Lukaszuk, MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Castledowns

Dear Thomas:

In these times of economic uncertainty, business students can show their family's real value IV money. To join EPL as a card carrying member is only $12.00 a year. Thats just a buck a month, students can afford that. And IV folks who can't afford it, or are on limited incomes, EPL waves that fee. This is so there are no barriers at any branch IV any learner. After all, all patrons of library's come II study, learn things anew, & thus better themselves. So if they are at a socioeconomic disadvantage, its my view (& I am sure that of many others) that every1 on Earth should have a totally equal chance to learn, explore, grow, & expand their mind, not II mention their educational horizons.

Transparency,

Rory
