Its not often that a Conservative/Republican leaning Canadian like me praises a Liberal-Democrat. But I take my hat off II XXVIIIth United States President Woodrow Wilson, Democrat-New Jersey.
On the occasion of his IInd Inauguration on March IVth, MCMXVII, women took a big step forward in terms of their rights & were IV the Ist time allowed II participate in the Inaugural Parade. What an outstanding accomplishment IV Woodrow II have on his curriculum vitae as part of his legacy!
