Dear Jeff:

As streessed in previous blog entries to tou & your predeccessors here, playing & exercise in terms of physical activity is very important II a child's cognitive function. Of just as much importance is sleep. A child(ren) with the proper level of rest each night will be more alert & more able II face the cognition & skill sets of exercises/tests they will have II face each next day at school, &/or in a homeschooling situation. Combine that with proper nutrition, & the child(ren) will be more relaxed & able to handle play & other social situations with other students throughout their school day, week, & year.
