Finance students take note, if Mayor Mandel wants Daryl Katz to get even more free or low interest graft, why doesn't he lend him the remaining $45 million? He can afford it. So lets do it, & lets stop making taxpaying Edmontonians paying IV steel balls that could be smelted down inII rebar for the new Walterdale Bridge!
