Dear Jeff:
Optional digital/analog clocks built inII student desks might be a wise investment. In this way, since they must turn in their cellphones during tests anyway, they can still budget their time properly w/o having II constantly look up at a clock on the wall, which with the sudden head movement can really break their concentration level!
