Dear Jeff:
I do not know exactly what is wrong with the Italian justice system. Former foreign student Amanda Knox was acquitted on appeal in the case of the murder of her British roommate, Meredith Kercher. She spent IV years in an Italian prison while the trial processes went on. There was never any DNA evidence linking her to the crime & her alibi IV being somewhere else at the time of the crime 100% checks out & can be confirmed by multiple party's. Yet the Italian courts wish to retry Miss Knox. Why not spend the time trying actual murderers or finding the actual killer(s) of Miss Kercher rather than wasting buckets more monies from the Italian treasury?
Penning A Memoir,
Rory
