Dear Jeff:

Make sure kids getting candy tonight (including students) are safe in their travels collecting at doors.

I. Make sure they wear some bright coloured clothes, even if they have a dark themed costume so they can be seen in case they are crossing the street.

II. Make sure that the candy they collect is in wrappers that haven't been pre-opened or cracked or otherwise damaged/mishandled in any way.

III. Send trusted adults/guardians along with the kids to make sure they are safe.
