Congrats on your new Parliamentary Secretary of Education Annie McKitrick, MLA, B. Sci., M. Ed., New Democratic, Sherwood Park. Hopefully she'll be a great asset to you in helping get proper funding to students & classrooms directly. As the mother of two adopted children, she can be very good on encouraging adoption of children to good families who might not otherwise be able to have their own children. Thus giving them a chance to be educated in Alberta classrooms with a solid family foundation.
