Dear Dave:
Funny how there is such a lack of depth to NDP MLA backbenches that Rachel has to appoint a former Red Tory in Hon. Sandra Jansen, MLA, New Democratic, Calgary-North West as Minister of Infrastructure. I wonder how many noses are out of joint here?!
