Dear Dave:
Having run VI (6) times myself (VI times too many I might add), I know the absolute importance of declaring every donation. Whether from a plug mike nickel to a "donation-in-kind", candidates should declare all donor names. Even those who want to be anonymous. All six of my returns were thoroughly reviewed & deemed absolutely impeccable. The importance of having a proper balance sheet will show whether a candidate(s) possess some of the financial acumen needed to be in office & work on budgetary matters!
