B. French King Louis XIIIth declared an adult at age XIII (13) in MDCXIV (1614.)

The XXXth Ist Lady Edith Bolling Galt Wilson, Democratic-New Jersey assumed some presidential duties when really XXVIIIth U.S. Vice-President Thomas Riley Marshall, Democratic-Indiana (who was elected) should have been given some "acting" presidential powers. Interestingly enough, Mr. Marshall was the only U.S. VP to ever have an assassination plot planned against him outright but not carried out.
