Brian focuses on how important it is to cogitate & consider your choices in voting. An especially good point what with two back to back elections (federal & municipal) with no break in between. This will hep ensure as good as governance as possible & the potential for better for compromises that satisfy all, a trait that any mayor or leader has to have.
