The Returning Office

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

September IVth, MMXXI

Hon. Adriana LaGrange, MLA, Minister of Education, United Conservative, Red Deer-North

Dear Adriana:

An important aspect for Elections Canada & other election agencies is the procurement of a proper Returning Office, or the best possible building that can be found. So that employees with vehicles & also those who take public transit can access it. It should be well lit for safety at night & have plenty of parking. It should also be properly accessible for all voters, especially for those with disability issues. Entrance ways should be kept free of debris/snow so as to make sure people coming into access the services of the Returning Office & its staff don't have any falling issues that may cause them an injury. As well, it should be secure for any ballots & documents needed to be kept on site for the purposes of shipping to & receiving from Advance Poll & Election Day Poll Locations.

Office Space,

Rory
