It seems Mrs. June C. "Nana" Koopmans, B. Ed. has a Christmas Eve Lesson Plan in the ready from up above for students from her Afton Elementary School. Ah yes, Christmas was Nana's favourite season of the year!
PLANS
Thursday, May 11th, 1972:
Writing: "k", & "a" as well as focusing on words with these two letters in them.
Reading: "Squirrel's Policeman."

Arithmetic: text, P. 182; check P. 135 too. Make pint, quart, & gallon clowns.
Spelling: #31 D.
Story: Let students choose from a selection and have fun practicing reading back to one another & to me, this will give them confidence in their speaking ability.
Drama: - act out workers & reading teams. Make it seem like a job that is very important so students see what going to a job is like,

Entertainment: discuss Friday's trip to the museum.
- complete flowers and plants, as well as taking pictures of them to show museum guides who will show students the nature section on trip.
