Dear Jeff:
A man posing as a tutor had been gaining the confidence of his students & then their parents by visits to their homes & letting the parents watch the tutoring sessions. Once he gained entry into these homes, he could "case the joints" as it were to see where anything of valuable was placed so that he could come back & steal it later on with a home invasion. Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department has just caught this phony tutor in the act of breaking into a home & the teenage girl student recognized him & identified him to the Sergeant as a man whom her mother had let inII the home IV tutoring lessons in French. After congratulating the young lady on being a great help to the police in making their arrest, Sergeant Friday has a few choice words for this scammer in education.
"Your a fraud Mister, a nobody, a thief, and worst of all, your a liar!"
This Seems Like A Very Apt Description II Me Joe & I Am Sure To The Victims,
Rory

Is it worse to be a liar than a thief? Interesting question.
