Dear Jeff:
I IV one would like to thank the intrepid Edmonton Journal columnist Paula Simons. I one-hundred percent agree with her that Former Madam Premier Alison Redford, QC, Progressive Conservative, Not In Elected Office Hallelujah deserves her portrait painted at taxpayer expense & hung in the Alberta Legislature hallway outside the Office of the Premier. Alison's XXIX (29) months of glorious stewardship deserved II be recognized for running this fine province immaculately (inII the ground.) Luckily IV Alison, she was up in a government turbo prop plane at taxpayer expense so she didn't have to worry about being run over herself.
Paula also informs me that the University Of Alberta is giving Alison brand new copies of books suited to her time in office & in keeping with the portrait theme. These books are "The Ox-Bow Incident" (previously featured here at Executive Dissertations) & "Hang 'Em High." As well, the university has sprung IV dvd copies of the two films (taking the funds for the books directly out of their campus Food Bank budgets.) The university wanted to thank Alison IV her service & is also appreciative of the way that she & former Redford Deputy Premier & Minister of Advanced Education & Boxing Champion Thomas Lukaszuk, B. Ed., MLA, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Castledowns & current Progressive Conservative candidate for leader almost singlehandedly decimated post-secondary education in this province.
These are very appropriate gifts as each ex-Prime Minister of Canada was given a book representing their time in office as a thank you in MMVIII (2008) for coming to the University Of Alberta IV a conversation series. Executive Dissertations applauds the school for its caring & compassionate attitude of dignity towards Former Madam Premier Redford. Students should also appreciate the fact that Progressive Conservative leadership candidates Jim Prentice, I'm Not Dull & Ric McIver, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Hays, I Lie & Claim I Cancelled The Sky Palace When In Fact It Was Hon. Wayne Drysdale, MLA, Minister of Infrastructure, Progressive Conservative, Grande Prairie-Wapiti who actually did so are driving down to present the books to Alison in person in order to save the government postage costs.
Getting Her Transition Allowance Like Former Progressive Conservative Leadership Candidate Gary Mar One Way Or Another & Having The Cash Flown II Her On Planes Chartered By the Hon. Doug Horner, MLA, President of the Treasury Board & Minister of Finance & Chief Denier Of The Inappropriate Use Of The Government Planes Even Though He & His Department Have Sole Fiduciary Control Over Them, Progressive Conservative, Spruce Grove-St. Albert,
Rory
