Dear Gordon:
A smart criminal has pulled off a huge fraud & the victims are quite stressed to the point of being scared. Sergeant Joe Friday & Officer Frank Smith of the Los Angeles Police Department can't snap 'em out of it.
"As in most cases like this one, the criminal employed the distinct advantage of having victims that were young & impressionable college kids and because of shock were unable to clearly identify him."
Sounds Like One Mean Suspect Joe & Frank,
