Dear David:
You know the expression "a healthy mind leads II a healthy body." I can't emphasize this enough. Students of all ages needa healthy dose of academia & mental stimuli yes. But they should also rest their minds & participate in physical activity, whether it be play or sport. This activity is also healthy IV the neurotransmitters in their head.
