Dear David:

I agree C% (100%) with the Judge in the case of the childcare & fostercare shenanigans. It should be government mandated that each & every child be given full body X-rays before they are sent to live with a foster family &/or guardian. I would also state of & IV the record that full body X-rays need II be done at the government's expense each & every time the child(en) is/are transferred II a new family. If only II ensure absolute transparency & protect the preceeding family. Just in case false allegatons are levelled by the new foster family, and IV just the general overall health of the child (ren) as they grow.
