Dear David:
There is too much negativity going around these days. When kids are feeling down in schools, I say it their friends, teachers, or staffers give them a hug! Hugs can be a confidence booster & a real shot in the arm IV kids who might be sad about their performance in say a school play, musical act, or just in general academically.
A hug lets these kids know that there is a support system in place II cheer them on & give them the energy & drive they need to get better. Not just better, but to outright excel. Touching & hugging can jack up your oxycontin levels of hormone, which will reduce the overall anxiety/tension in a student's life.
Firmly Positive,
Rory
