Dear Jeff;

I congratulate the Honourable Lisa Raitt, PC, MP, Minister of Transport & Conservative, Halton for her department's initiative in allowing Canadian citizens & people from other nations travelling in Canada to use their cellular & other electronic devices on airplanes in "Flight" mode. This modernization of standards will allow students on planes to communicate with their family & friends, as well as do things like catch up with their homework if they unexpectedly have to say go on an emergency plane trip with family members to (as an example) see a sick relative.
