Dear Jeff:

I don't blame Nova Scotia Premier Darrel Dexter for being upset. Chants by students at a frosh promoting "non-consensual" sex with underage girls are beyond disturbing. Saint Mary's University students who participated & those supporters of theirs have a lot to answer for. What a disgraceful way to begin the academic year.
