Staying On Top Of Crimes From Computers Too

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

September XIth, MMXIII

Hon. Jeff Johnson, MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Athabasca-Sturgeon-RedH2O

Dear Jeff:

On this most solemnly sad day of September XIth, the XIIth anniversary of the attacks on commercial passenger jets in America, the Edmonton Police Service is doing something that Sergeant Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department would approve. They now let citizens & younger folks like students who see crimes to report them online from their home, a friend's, or a public computer with an internet portal. You can report lost property, theft, damage/mischief to property, theft from a vehicle under $5,000.00, & damage/mischief to a vehicle under $5,000.00. This is smart as it saves police manpower, paper costs of priniting, time, & resources.

I Applaud It,

Rory
