You wouldn't think that a Tory or Conservative Prime Minister would be in favour of such heavy duty environmental initiatives, but Prime Minister Marty B. Mulroney was. Thus putting him ahead of his time in getting things done like an acid raid treaty with then United States President Ronald Reagan, Republican-California. Speaking to environmental teachers & students (as well as business leaders), Brian stated:
