Dear David:
The self-checkout customer hold area here at the this branch & at every EPL branch is stellar. This saves the librarians much time in having II help customers & students find educational &/or other literary materials. It is my considered opinion that the library system in Ward A & other schools/districts should be the same way. If all of the student/teacher library holds were put on shelves alphabetically in one section, the librarians in the schools would be free II help students with say more important things. Eg.: Library research projects, etc.
